Amazon Sumerian: 15 price changes, none like-for-like (published 2023-01-10)

On 2023-01-10, AWS published a version of the Amazon Sumerian price list that changed 15 existing list prices in 15 regions. Effective May 2019. Not one of them is a like-for-like move (the unit changed, a price started or ended at $0, it moved more than 11x, or the change is too small to show), so this publication has no cut or increase to count.
