Support

Getting help

Email [email protected]. That is the one support channel, for questions, bugs, billing and anything else.

Who answers

CostPulse is a one-person company. Your email goes to Jerimiah Guillot, who built and runs the product, not to a ticket queue or a support team.

What to expect

I aim to reply within one business day. Team plan customers are answered first. That is a goal, not a service-level agreement: there is no contractual response time, no uptime guarantee, and no phone or chat support.

If something is broken for you, I would rather hear about it than not. A short email is fine.

What helps me answer quickly

  • The email address you signed up with.
  • For a question about an alert: the AWS account ID, the service and region, and the date on the alert.
  • For an alert you expected and did not get: the same details, and roughly what the spend did that day.
  • For a connection problem: which step failed, and any error text from CloudFormation or the CostPulse page.

Please do not send AWS access keys, passwords, or Cost and Usage Report files. CostPulse never needs your credentials.
